Today Show: You’re Odd if You Game as an Adult
Apparently the Today Show has a segment which talks about a guys perspective on life. The bit features Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb, whose looks have passed years ago, and former TV host Donny Deutsch.
During the segment, Deutsch is asked if it’s normal for men in their 30′s to still play video games because he’s evidently All Knowing.
Watch the clip after the jump.
Deutsch and both Women agree that it’s odd for adults to play games, unless of course, they’re playing them with their kids.
You know, this got me thinking. Is it normal for a person who walks around so righteous, yet be accused of making a few bucks off of child-labor sweatshops, which happened to Gifford in the 90s? I guess it’s fine, especially if you give them breaks to play their childish games every three days.
And how awesome that Donny Deutsch, who has no degree on psychology, can be so absolute that gaming in your 30s is not normal. And does he have a right to criticizes other peoples enjoyment, when he himself couldn’t take the heat when people asked him about his alleged affair with a married woman.
NBC, if you’re wondering why ABC’s Good Morning America is starting to catch up in the ratings to the Today Show — this is one of the reasons.
You can’t have a bunch of anchors, who are rapidly approaching the perk of getting a senior discount, disapprove of pop-culture. We simply won’t watch.
