Simon Pegg to Play Modern Warfare 3 on Fallon’s Late Night
Right before Jimmy Fallon went on the air for Late Night a few year’s ago, he promised his show would not only focus on the music and film industry, but the show would dab into the videogame world too — and he has.
Coming off the heals of E3, Jimmy Fallon is making this week, Video Game Week on his show.
Simon Pegg, the actor and co-writer of Shawn of the Dead will be playing a few rounds of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 with Activision‘s Robert Bowling, tonight. Pegg tweeted the news earlier today.
While we don’t know if the producers plan on having celebrities playing games all week, we do know what titles the show focus on.
On Tuesday, expect to see Cliff Bleszinski shooting some Locust in Gears of War 3. On Wednesday will be Sony’s epic adventure game Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, Battlefield 3 is the star of the show on Thursday and Nintendo will end Video Game Week, which we assume the Wii U will headline.
Late Night with Jimmy Fallon is weeknights starting at 12:35am on NBC.
