LittleBigPlanet: Pirates of the Caribbean Levels Coming

A few days ago, it was somewhat made official that LittleBigPlanet was going to have a Pirates of the Caribbean downloadable content pack. The news came from Disney, but we waited for the official word from Sony, and today the company confirmed it.

Owners of LittleBigPlanet will have the opportunity to dress up Sackboy as: “Sack Sparrow,” Will Turner, Elizabeth Swann, Barbossa, Davy Jones and Tia Dalma. Each costumes will cost $1.99 individually, or if you want all of them in a pack, it’ll set you back $5.99. If you decided to purchase the $5.99 pack, you will have the ability to include water into your user created levels — which is the biggest thing to impact the gameplay of the LittleBigPlanet world, since DLC was introduced. After the jump, check out everything that will be included in the $5.99 pack. If you own the game, you will agree it’s a must buy!

Watch the trailer above.

Quick question to all the ladies… who is hotter? Sackboy’s Sparrow or Depp as the famous pirate? If I was a chick, I would so rather Sack Sparrow.

  1. This movie pales in comparison to the first. It is not as good as the second or third either. It is bad enough that I actually had to stop watching it and take a break. It just seems cheesy to the point of being stupid. There are a few scenes that make it watchable though. The mermaid scene is really cool and reminds me of the quality of the first movie alot.
