VOTD: Retro Nintendo Retail Training Video
When Nintendo was new to the world, they must have released this video to official retail stores around the county. For me, it was kind of fun to watch the video because it’s amazing how simple the video game industry once was. Back then, it really was only Nintendo around and if that somehow was a confusing period — how did we ever end up where we are today!?
Also is Jim the nicest sales person ever or what? Today, we would get some annoying teen, chewing gum and couldn’t care less about the customers needs. Yeah, they are dicks!

I agree with you about teens at game stores but not all are bad i work at gamestop and i am 17, and i am one of the best and friendliest most helpfull guys there

Ryan, I agree with you. I’ve met some awesome clerks at GS and other various stores. But sadly, we tend to forget about people like yourself and remember the dicks! Funny how life works like that. :-p

it’s sad that nintendo did in 1991 what microsoft still can’t seem to accomplish.
